Job Details

Our client is seeking a seasoned, high-energy real estate sales advisor specializing in the UAE secondary market.

You will be responsible for sourcing ready properties for sale, lease, and rent, managing a portfolio of listings, and representing both sellers and buyers through the entire transaction cycle. This role requires a hunter mindset for lead generation and a deep technical understanding of the legal transfer processes in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

  1. Listing & portfolio management
Sourcing: Actively prospect for property owners (sellers) through cold calling, networking, and door-knocking to secure exclusive and non-exclusive listings.
Valuation: Provide accurate comparative market analysis (CMA) to sellers to ensure properties are priced competitively.
Content creation: Coordinate professional photography, videography, and staging to ensure listings stand out on major portals (i.e. Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle).
  2. Lead management & viewings
Inquiry handling: Respond instantly to buyer leads, qualifying their requirements and budget.
Conducting viewings: Organize and lead professional property tours, highlighting the unique features of the community and the specific unit.
Buyer matching: Proactively match your existing inventory with new buyer requirements.
  3. Negotiation & closing
Offer management: Mediate negotiations between buyers and sellers to reach a mutually beneficial price and terms.
Contracting: Prepare and execute Form A (Listing Agreement), Form B (Buyer Agreement), and Form F (Memorandum of Understanding/MOU).
Conveyancing coordination: Liaise with conveyancing teams, banks (for mortgage settlements), and developers (for NOCs) to ensure a smooth transfer at the Trustee Office.
  4. Market intelligence
Stay updated on the latest trends in specific communities.
Monitor DLD/REIDIN data to track actual transaction prices versus asking prices.

Qualifications & requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of proven success in the UAE secondary real estate market.
  • Valid RERA Card (Dubai) or DED/Department of Municipalities and Transport license (Abu Dhabi) is preferred.
  • A valid UAE driving license and own car are essential.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and property portals.
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a major advantage.
