We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to support and enhance HR operations across the organization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing core HR functions, ensuring compliance, and contributing to a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination. Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless employee lifecycle experience. Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and documentation. Assist in employee relations by addressing queries and supporting issue resolution. Coordinate performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback cycles. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices. Support payroll inputs, leave management, and benefits administration. Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and HR projects.
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in an HR Specialist or HR Generalist role. Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and labor regulations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems. Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
