THE ARK Animal Clinic is expanding in Dubai, and we are seeking an experienced Female Veterinary Receptionist to join our growing team. If you have strong front-desk experience in a veterinary clinic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for animal care, we would like to hear from you.

About the Role

As a Veterinary Receptionist at THE ARK Animal Clinic, you will be the first point of contact for pet owners. You will play a key role in client satisfaction, appointment coordination, clinic organization, and revenue support, while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.

This role is ideal for candidates with strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and customer service excellence in a fast-paced veterinary setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and pets in a professional and friendly manner
• Manage appointment scheduling, phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and walk-ins
• Maintain accurate patient records using veterinary management software (e.g., EzyVet or similar systems)
• Handle billing, invoicing, insurance, and payment processing
• Coordinate effectively with veterinarians, nurses, and grooming staff
• Promote clinic services, wellness plans, and vaccination packages ethically
• Ensure front desk organization and workflow efficiency
• Manage follow-ups, reminders, and client communication
• Support clinic performance targets and client retention

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

• Veterinary Receptionist: 2 years (Required)

Skills

• Female candidate (as per clinic requirements)
• Minimum 2+ years’ experience as a Veterinary Receptionist in Dubai or GCC
• Strong knowledge of veterinary services, procedures, and terminology
• Excellent English communication skills (additional languages are an advantage)
• Proven customer service and sales skills in a medical/veterinary environment
• Experience using clinic management or CRM software
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy clinic environment
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and empathy toward clients and pets
