Black Pearl, a leading recruitment partner in the GCC, is currently supporting a well-established manufacturing organization in the UAE in their search for an experienced Plant Head / Factory Manager. We specialize in sourcing senior leadership talent within FMCG, Food & Beverage, and industrial manufacturing, connecting high-performing professionals with top-tier organizations across the region.

This is a strategic leadership role for a hands-on professional who can manage end-to-end factory operations, drive production performance, and lead large-scale expansion and transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead overall factory operations, ensuring smooth production, quality, and cost efficiency

Develop and implement long-term manufacturing and operations strategies

Manage production planning, forecasting, and manpower allocation

Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, process optimization)

Monitor and improve plant performance, including OEE and operational KPIs

Oversee maintenance strategies (preventive and predictive)

Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and HSE standards (ISO, GMP, HACCP)

Lead factory expansion, relocation, and infrastructure development projects

Manage Capex planning, budgeting, and project execution

Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and regulatory authorities

Support R&D and new product development initiatives


RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:

Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Engineering, or related field

Minimum 10–12 years of experience in FMCG / Food Manufacturing, with leadership exposure

Proven experience managing factory operations and large teams

Strong background in production, maintenance, and process optimization

Experience in plant expansion, modernization, or relocation projects

Strong understanding of quality, food safety, and regulatory compliance

Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

Arabic language is an advantage
