Overview of the Role
We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Marketing Manager to support and elevate the brand performance of Toyota – Al-Futtaim Motors. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, this role plays a critical part in delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital and physical channels, ensuring strong brand visibility, measurable results, and continuous optimisation.

What You Will Do
- Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns from brief development to media planning, content validation, and post-campaign reporting.
- Coordinate with internal teams, OEM stakeholders, and external agencies to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of marketing initiatives.
- Manage and enhance owned marketing channels including website content, POS materials, branch activations, and local events.
- Oversee social, PR, and media calendars to strengthen brand presence and share of voice across platforms.
- Track, analyse, and report marketing performance using KPIs such as ROI, conversion rates, lead generation, and ROMI.
- Support budget tracking and vendor management including PRs, GRNs, and compliance processes.
- Drive continuous improvement by piloting marketing efficiency frameworks and optimisation initiatives.
Skills
Required Skills to Be Successful
- Strong experience in brand, product, and performance marketing, ideally within automotive or mobility sectors.
- Proven ability to analyse marketing data and turn insights into actionable improvements.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Confident working with agencies, vendors, and cross-functional internal teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
