Job Description: ? Oversee product development, improvement, technology transfer, and budget management aligned with OEM requirements. ? Develop high-performance, eco-efficient coatings using customer insights, industry trends, and cross-functional collaboration. ? Resolve product issues, maintain OEM specifications, and manage certifications and regulatory compliance. ? Mentor R&D staff, engage with suppliers and clients, conduct benchmarking, and support commercial initiatives.

Qualifications: ? Open to Male Western and European nationalities, aged 40 years old and below ? Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Paint Technology, or Chemical Engineering; ISO, DOE, GLP, or GMP training preferred ? Minimum 7 years of experience in automotive coatings R&D, including OEM client engagement, plant trials, and product approvals ?
