Job Description: ? Overall management of large-scale catering and camp operations including catering, housekeeping, laundry, recreation, pest control, and facility maintenance. Client relationship management and service delivery excellence. ? Budgeting, cost control, and financial performance management. ? Menu planning, production control, and operational execution. Inventory, asset, and utility management ? Project mobilization and demobilization planning and execution.

Qualifications: ? Male, 45 years old and below with HSC or Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent qualification ? Minimum 7 years’ experience in catering or facilities management operations, preferably in large-scale camp or contract catering ? Strong background in budget management, cost control, and operational efficiency ?
