Job description

Overview Of The Role:


  • The Partnerships Manager is responsible for driving loyalty initiatives through strategic partnership development. With a focus on commercial strategy and marketing expertise, the role aims to enhance customer loyalty and business growth. Success factors include effective external engagement, data-driven decision-making, and collaborative execution across functions.

 


What You Will Do:


Strategic Partnership Development & Commercial

  • Identify, engage, and nurture potential partners to build a pipeline supporting loyalty program growth.
  • Develop and negotiate partnership agreements optimizing revenue potential and aligning with business objectives.
  • Prepare financial models and business cases to evaluate the ROI of strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with data and analytics teams to gather necessary data for business cases.

 

Marketing and Communication

  • Develop integrated marketing strategies with partners to leverage mutual strengths.
  • Design promotional campaigns to incentivize member participation and increase enrollment.
  • Assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing insights for optimization.
  • Collaborate with partners and internal teams on marketing collateral requirements.

 

Reporting

  • Identify reporting needs and implement automated dashboards for real-time insights.
  • Compile and present weekly quantitative performance reports for partners.
  • Track program profitability and identify growth opportunities with finance and analytics teams.

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Create detailed briefs for internal stakeholders on partnership objectives and strategies.
  • Engage with product, technology, marketing, finance, and analytics teams for alignment.
  • Lead cross-functional meetings to ensure cohesive execution of partnerships.

What Qualifies You For The Role:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in partnership management, commercial strategy, loyalty programs, and marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and performance analysis.
  • Excellent contract negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
