We are partnering with a leading global defense and aerospace organization to identify a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join their growing program delivery team in the Middle East.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end execution of critical defense-related projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and stringent quality standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional engineering, procurement, and technical teams while managing stakeholder expectations at senior levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle management for complex, multi-million-dollar programs
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers
• Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, and technical teams across multiple locations
• Ensure compliance with strict industry and regulatory standards
• Manage client and internal stakeholder communications at senior level
• Drive performance reporting, governance, and delivery excellence

Skills

Required Experience

• 10+ years in project management within defense, aerospace, heavy engineering, or large-scale infrastructure
• Proven experience delivering complex, multi-disciplinary technical projects
• Strong background in stakeholder management and governance frameworks
• PMP / PMI or equivalent certification preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, and risk management skills
