Job Description:
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support for end users
- Manage users in Active Directory / Entra ID. Provide support for SharePoint and OneDrive
- Manage and resolve helpdesk tickets within defined SLAs
- Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and documentation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology/ computer science/ information systems
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in IT support or IT operations
- Proficient in OneDrive, SharePoint, Troubleshooting, Entra ID
