We are seeking an experienced and strategic Global Head of Manufacturing to lead and optimize our international manufacturing operations across multiple sites. This is a critical leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, productivity, quality, safety, and manufacturing transformation in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
Key Responsibilities Lead global manufacturing operations across multiple plants and regions Develop and execute manufacturing strategies aligned with business growth goals Drive operational excellence through efficiency, cost optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives Champion Lean/TPM/Six Sigma and best-in-class manufacturing practices Oversee safety, quality, compliance, and sustainability performance Lead automation, digital transformation, and capital investment projects Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, and Commercial teams Build and develop high-performing manufacturing leadership teams globally
What We’re Looking For15+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, ideally in FMCGProven experience managing multi-site or global manufacturing operations Strong background in operational excellence, productivity improvement, and plant performance Experience leading large-scale transformation and change initiatives Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills Degree in Engineering, Operations, or related discipline; advanced degree is a plus
