Job description

1.  Oversee the overall progress, implementation, and on-site management of the company’s PV and energy storage projects.

2.  Participate in the design coordination, installation, commissioning, and implementation management of commercial and industrial PV-storage projects, as well as residential PV-storage projects.

  3.  Participate in or guide basic design work according to project requirements, including but not limited to system configuration, electrical design, and structural design.

  4.  Manage the entire project lifecycle, including preliminary technical communication, project planning, construction coordination, progress monitoring, quality management, and final acceptance and handover.

5.  Coordinate on-site activities such as construction, installation, and commissioning, and resolve technical and management issues during project implementation.

  6.  Lead and manage the project team, coordinate internal and external resources, and drive efficient project execution.

  7.  Liaise with clients, suppliers, and relevant partners to ensure project safety, quality, and schedule meet requirements.

  8.  Leverage practical project experience to continuously optimize project implementation processes, installation standards, and technical management guidelines.

Skills

Qualifications

1.  Proficient in both Chinese and English for work-related communication.

2.  2+ years of experience in PV-related projects; candidates with experience in PV, energy storage, and commercial/industrial energy projects are preferred.

3.  Familiar with the installation, commissioning, and implementation processes for commercial/industrial and residential PV-storage projects.

4.  Strong hands-on capabilities; able to work on-site, understand installation and commissioning procedures, and resolve practical issues.

5.  Possess project management skills, capable of independently leading projects, managing schedules, ensuring quality, and coordinating efforts.

6.  Have a solid understanding of PV-storage system technologies and basic electrical knowledge; candidates with experience in structural or system design are preferred.

7.  Demonstrate team management awareness and strong execution capabilities; be responsible and able to drive projects to successful completion.

8.  No specific major or age restrictions; candidates with backgrounds in new energy, photovoltaics, energy storage, electrical engineering, electromechanical engineering, or engineering management will be prioritized.

  9.  Strong learning and adaptability skills, with a willingness to participate in various types of projects in line with the company’s business development.

Preferred Qualifications

1.  Experience in the full lifecycle of commercial and industrial energy storage, residential energy storage, and photovoltaic power generation projects.

2. Experience in on-site construction management, leading installation teams, and commissioning and acceptance testing.

3. Possess a basic understanding of electrical design, structural design, or system integration.

4. Candidates with experience in managing new energy project teams will be prioritized.

5. Candidates familiar with the Dubai or Middle East local markets will be prioritized.

6. Candidates who speak Arabic will be prioritized.
