We are looking for an experienced Senior Commercial / Claims Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial management and claims handling within large-scale projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and administer contract and commercial aspects of projects
• Prepare, evaluate, and negotiate claims (EOT, variations, disputes)
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions
• Liaise with project teams, consultants, and clients
• Support risk management and cost control strategies
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 12+ years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts
• Proven experience in claims preparation and dispute resolution
• GCC project experience preferred
