We are looking for a skilled, flexible, and experienced Tournant (Relief Chef) to support various kitchen sections and ensure smooth culinary operations across all shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist and work across different kitchen sections as needed (hot kitchen, cold kitchen, pastry, etc.)
Step in to replace chefs during their absence or during busy operations
Ensure food is prepared according to hotel recipes and standards
Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety
Support the kitchen team in daily preparation and service
Follow instructions from the Sous Chef and the Executive Chef
Ensure consistency, quality, and timely delivery of dishes
Assist in stock handling and kitchen organization
