Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide complete care for newborns, infants, and toddlers
  • Feeding babies (breast milk, formula, or solid meals as instructed)
  • Burping, bottle sterilization, and meal preparation for babies
  • Changing diapers and maintaining baby hygiene
  • Bathing, dressing, and grooming the baby
  • Ensuring safe sleep routines and monitoring nap schedules
  • Engaging in age-appropriate play and developmental activities
  • Monitoring baby’s health, behavior, and routine changes
  • Maintaining cleanliness of baby items, nursery, bottles, and toys
  • Assisting mothers with postnatal baby support if required
  • Taking the baby for walks or outdoor activities if approved by parents
  • Following parents’ instructions regarding schedules and routines
  • Reporting any health concerns immediately to parents/management


Skills

Requirements:

  • Previous baby care / nanny / caregiver experience preferred
  • Knowledge of newborn and infant care
  • Basic First Aid / CPR certification preferred
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Patient, caring, and trustworthy personality
  • Ability to work flexible shifts (day/night/live-in if required)
  • Physically fit and energetic
