Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Export Sales Manager to drive international sales growth for a UAE-based perfume brand. The role involves expanding distributor networks, managing key export markets, and achieving revenue targets globally.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute export sales strategies across GCC, Africa, Asia, and Europe.
• Appoint and manage distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners.
• Achieve monthly/annual sales targets and market expansion goals.
• Identify new markets, pricing opportunities, and competitor trends.
• Negotiate contracts, payment terms, and commercial agreements.
• Coordinate with logistics, marketing, and production teams for smooth execution.
• Participate in international trade fairs and exhibitions.
• Ensure compliance with export regulations and documentation.
Requirements:
• 5+ years experience in export sales, preferably perfumes/cosmetics/luxury goods.
• Strong network in international distribution channels.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of UAE export procedures and global trade practices.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing preferred.
Preferred Skills:
• Arabic/Hindi/French language advantage.
• Experience handling private label or premium fragrance brands.
Desired Candidate Profile
5 to 10 years of experience in the perfume or cosmetic industry
