About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Automotive Sales Representative based in Dammam to drive vehicle sales, deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships. You will leverage your expertise in sales negotiation, lead generation and automotive product knowledge to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Responsibilities:
Identify and engage prospective customers through phone, email and showroom interactions
Present and demonstrate vehicle features, benefits and financing options
Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales while maintaining profitability
Manage customer relationships using CRM tools and ensure timely follow-up
Generate and qualify leads from walk-ins, referrals and marketing campaigns
Collaborate with finance, service and inventory teams to streamline the sales process
Provide after-sales support including delivery coordination and warranty follow-up
Required Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in automotive sales or related retail environment
Proven ability in non-technical sales negotiation and closing deals
Strong customer relationship management skills with CRM software
Comprehensive knowledge of automotive products, features and financing
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency preferred
Demonstrated ability to generate, qualify and convert leads
Valid Saudi driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
Previous experience in a Dammam or Eastern Province dealership
Fluency in both Arabic and English
Familiarity with local automotive market trends and customer preferences
Certification in sales, customer service or automotive product training
