Roles & Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned sales targets (volume and value) across territories, brands, and channels.

  • Expand market coverage by retaining existing customers and acquiring new outlets.

  • Support new product launches by ensuring strong distribution, visibility, and sales performance.

  • Maximize product visibility by placing company assets (e.g., chillers, displays) in prime outlet locations.

  • Follow route plans to service all customers efficiently and maintain consistent operations.

  • Keep customers informed about promotions, new products, pricing updates, and stock availability.

  • Coordinate daily with the supply chain team to ensure timely order processing and delivery.

  • Build strong customer relationships through structured sales calls and excellent service.

  • Execute merchandising standards, including proper product display, use of POS materials, FIFO practices, and planogram compliance.

  • Monitor and report on customer feedback, competitor activity, and product performance to support business decisions.

  • Ensure completion of required documentation and customer approvals.

  • Adhere to daily administrative processes to maintain smooth sales operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3 years’ experience plus technical certifications as required. Should have completed all necessary operational training at advance level.

  • Two Years’ experience in FMCG Van sales or Merchandising.

  • Good communication skills (fair English language skill).

  • Good Selling and Negotiation Skills.

  • Customer friendly, service oriented, can work under pressure.

  • Good Knowledge of UAE Roads with good understanding of traffic rules and regulations.
