Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct and execute analytical, quantitative, and qualitative research and studies
Analyze data and survey results to support decision-making
Prepare reports, insights, and recommendations
Contribute to the development of institutional policies and procedures
Develop research and operational plans
Prepare agreements and MoUs
Ensure effectiveness of legislative frameworks related to the field.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as social sciences, statistics, economics, or a related discipline, demonstrating a strong academic foundation.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in research and consulting, showcasing a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Proven experience in managing research projects, from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Demonstrated proficiency in statistical software packages such as SPSS, R, or SAS, with a strong understanding of data analysis techniques.
