* Develop strategies to expand presence in
*domestic and international markets*
* Tap into *luxury wedding and premium corporate clientele*
* *Client Acquisition & Relationship Management*
* Lead end-to-end *pitching, negotiations, and deal closures*
* Build long-term relationships with
*key clients, venues, and industry partners*
* *Strategic Planning*
* Create and execute
*monthly and quarterly business targets*
* Work closely with internal teams for
*seamless execution post-closure* *
*Leadership & Ownership*
* Take complete ownership of *business numbers and revenue targets* * Collaborate with internal departments (sales, decor, production, operations)
*Key Requirements*
* *812+ years of experience* in *weddings/events/corporate event sales*
* Strong proven track record in
*business development and revenue generation*
* Experience in *luxury weddings / high-end corporate events is a must* * Strong industry network (clients, venues, planners, corporates)
* Excellent skills in *pitching, negotiation, and closing deals*
* Ability to work in a *high-pressure, target-driven environment*
