We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day operations, with a strong focus on finance and administrative coordination. This role is central to ensuring smooth financial processes and efficient internal operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth and efficient business execution
- Manage accounts payable and receivable (invoicing, follow-ups)
- Support basic accounting and bookkeeping, maintaining accurate records
- Assist with payment processing and reconciliations
- Act as a backup point of contact with banking partners
- Provide general administrative and operational support
- Ensure proper documentation, filing, and organization of records
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or similar role
- Proven bookkeeping experience
- Comfortable handling financial data, invoices, and reconciliations
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)

- Experience with finance or accounting platforms/systems (ERP, accounting software)
- Familiarity with banking systems and payment workflows
- Knowledge of UAE taxation (VAT basics) and local HR policies
