We are seeking an experienced Senior Planning Engineer to join our client in Dubai. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of prestigious hotels and residential projects by providing expert planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones within budget and timeframes. Responsibilities: - Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or equivalent software. - Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather scheduling inputs and update progress. - Monitor project progress continuously and identify potential delays or risks with mitigation plans. - Prepare periodic reports and presentations for senior management and clients to communicate project status. - Assist in resource allocation and cost control relating to scheduling activities. - Conduct risk analysis and implement contingency plans to maintain project timelines. - Ensure compliance with contract requirements and industry best practices in all planning activities. - Lead and mentor junior planning engineers to enhance team performance.

- Minimum 7 years of experience in planning and scheduling within the construction industry, preferably with hotels and residential projects. - Proficiency in Primavera P6 or similar planning software is essential. - Strong understanding of construction methodologies and processes in large-scale projects. - Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. - Demonstrated leadership skills and attention to detail. - Knowledge of risk management and project control techniques.
