Establish and lead the full data governance function across the organisationDefine and activate data governance strategy, frameworks, and operating modelsDevelop and maintain governance artefacts, policies, standards, and documentationPartner with business, finance, and technology leaders to embed governanceDrive adoption, maturity, and measurable impact across large, complex environments


Profile
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data, Finance, or a related discipline (Master's preferred)12+ years' experience in data governance, data management, or related fieldsProven experience leading data governance in very large, complex organisationsStrong technical understanding of data platforms, metadata, quality, and controlsA business builder with the ability to turn strategy into practical deliveryInternationally based candidates only; local UAE‑based candidates will not be considered
