Roles & Responsibilities
1. Multi-Company ERP Design & Management (Critical)
Design and implement multi-company architecture in Odoo.
Configure:
Intercompany transactions (sales, purchases, transfers)
Shared vs separate warehouses
Multi-company chart of accounts
Consolidated and individual financial reporting
Ensure:
Handle cross-company inventory and procurement flows.2. Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with the IT department for system setup and integrations.
Coordinate with heads of multiple entities/departments to:
Align requirements across companies
Ensure uniform processes where required
Deliver tasks within timelines
Act as a central point of contact for ERP across all companies.

Develop custom features for:
Use Python, PostgreSQL, XML/QWeb for development.

Desired Candidate Profile
Possesses a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Holds relevant Odoo certifications (e.g., Odoo Functional, Odoo Technical) demonstrating expertise and commitment.
Demonstrates a minimum of 2-10 years of experience in Odoo development and implementation, focusing on multi-company environments.
Exhibits extensive experience in the Manufacturing, Retail, or Supply Chain industries, aligning with our business focus.
