Job Summary

A highly skilled Senior Design Engineer is required to lead and manage complex engineering design projects from concept through to completion. The role involves ensuring technical accuracy, optimizing design efficiency, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, cost-effective engineering solutions aligned with project objectives.

• Lead end-to-end design and development of engineering projects, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and timelines.
  
• Develop innovative design concepts and translate them into detailed engineering drawings and models.
  
• Conduct comprehensive design reviews to identify potential risks, errors, and optimization opportunities before prototype or production stages.
  
• Prepare and maintain accurate engineering documentation including schematics, layouts, specifications, and technical reports.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as manufacturing, quality, procurement, and testing to ensure design feasibility and cost efficiency.
  
• Perform engineering calculations, simulations, and analyses to validate design performance and compliance.
  
• Ensure designs comply with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and client requirements.
  
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and design team members.
  
• Participate in project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation for design activities.
  
• Coordinate with stakeholders, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
  

• Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or equivalent design tools.
  
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles including:

  • Thermodynamics
    
  • Fluid Dynamics
    
• Experience with simulation and analysis tools (FEA, CFD, etc.).
  
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and design for manufacturability (DFM).
  
• Familiarity with international engineering standards and codes.
