Roles & Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of retail marketing strategies across stores (campaigns, activations, launches) 

  • Lead day-to-day coordination with internal teams, agencies, and mall partners 

  • Assist in planning and delivering store openings and key brand moments 

  • Drive content and campaign rollouts across digital, PR, and in-store touchpoints 

  • Build and manage a brand ambassador / influencer program to enhance visibility and engagement 

  • Support new market expansion projects, including research, partnerships, and go-to-market planning 

  • Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns to improve footfall, sales, and brand awareness 

  • Ensure all brand communication aligns with Brand’s identity and positioning 

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 6–12 years of experience in fashion, retail, sports or luxury marketing 

  • Strong understanding of retail ecosystems and consumer behavior in the GCC (international experience is a plus-outside of India) 

  • Experience working with influencers, PR, and brand partnerships 

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously 

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills 

  • A creative mindset with attention to detail and brand aesthetics
