Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of strategic planning initiatives to align organizational goals with market opportunities, ensuring data-driven decision-making.

  • Utilize advanced analytics tools to interpret market trends, providing actionable insights that drive business performance.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate project effectiveness and inform continuous improvement strategies.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets meticulously, ensuring all stakeholders are kept informed of progress and potential roadblocks.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in planning or project management within a relevant industry, showcasing a track record of successful initiatives.
  • Professional certifications such as APICS CPIM or PMP are highly preferred, demonstrating commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Experience in data analysis and forecasting methodologies, with proficiency in tools like Excel, Tableau, or SAP.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey planning concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Proven leadership capabilities, fostering teamwork and motivating team members to achieve collective goals.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, demonstrating resilience in the face of challenges and ambiguity.
  • Cultural sensitivity and adaptability, with the ability to navigate diverse work environments and teams.
