Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking for the Assistant Executive who will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the efficient execution of daily operational activities by coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and workflows to achieve timely service delivery in line with SLAs and organizational standards. The role focuses on monitoring operational performance, ensuring compliance with processes and policies, resolving day-to-day operational issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction. The responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Work Plan
Assist in planning and executing daily operational activities to ensure efficient service delivery in line with SLAs and organizational standards.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely completion of maintenance and service tasks.
Monitor workflow execution to ensure adherence to schedules, processes, and quality standards.
Support resource planning and allocation to meet operational requirements effectively.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in preparing operational progress reports.
Supervision
Support supervision of day-to-day operations to ensure compliance with service standards and procedures.
Assist in conducting site inspections to help maintain quality, safety, and service excellence.
Monitor adherence to grooming, uniform, and professional appearance standards.
Workload Review
Assist in reviewing manpower allocation to ensure alignment with operational needs.
Support fair distribution of workload across teams as directed by supervisors.
Highlight manpower gaps and assist in required adjustments.
Monitor team productivity and report delays or inefficiencies.
Coordinate with supervisors to support staffing decisions based on workload requirements.
Operations
Monitor daily operations to ensure services are delivered in line with SLAs, KPIs, and company standards.
Assist in routine inspections and follow up on resolution of operational issues to ensure service continuity.
Reporting
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
Strong knowledge of in-unit maintenance operations, coordination processes, and service workflows.
At least 3-5 years of experience in In Unit Services/ Maintenance
Valid UAE driving license
Strong understanding of in-unit services and maintenance operations.
Good knowledge of operational processes, SLA/KPI management, and service delivery standards.
Ability to coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
Strong problem-solving skills to support timely resolution of operational issues.
Good planning and organizational abilities to manage workload, resources, and performance monitoring effectively.
Strong execution focuses with the ability to support achievement of operational targets and service excellence.
Excellent coordination and communication skills for effective interaction with teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and support timely operational resolutions.
Strong planning and organizational capabilities to manage priorities, resources, and daily operational activities efficiently.
