Job Details

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive online sales growth across key UAE e-commerce platforms including Carrefour UAE, Noon, and Amazon UAE.
  • Manage end-to-end marketplace operations including product listings, pricing, promotions, and availability.
  • Ensure 100% listing coverage with optimized content (SEO-friendly titles, A+ content/brand stores, high-quality images, bullet points, and descriptions).
  • Monitor and maintain high in-stock availability, coordinating closely with supply chain and account teams to avoid stock-outs and lost sales.
  • Plan and execute platform-specific promotions such as:
    • Amazon campaigns (Deals, Sponsored Ads, Prime events)
    • Noon campaigns (Yellow Friday, Noon Daily Deals)
    • Carrefour online promotions and banners
  • Align all activations with trade marketing calendars and key events (Ramadan, White/Yellow Friday, Back-to-School, etc.).
  • Build strong relationships with marketplace account managers, category teams, and vendor managers to improve visibility, search ranking, and conversions.
  • Track and analyze digital shelf performance, including keyword ranking, buy box ownership (Amazon), content scores, and conversion rates.
  • Monitor competitor pricing, assortment, and promotions across platforms to stay competitive and identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with each platform’s operational KPIs, SLAs, and content guidelines.
  • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights on sales, traffic, conversion, availability, and ROI.
  • Support new product launches including listing creation, keyword optimization, and initial promotional strategy.

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience managing e-commerce marketplaces, preferably in FMCG.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms like Amazon UAE Seller/Vendor Central, Noon Seller Lab, and Carrefour UAE online systems.
  • Strong understanding of UAE online retail dynamics, marketplace algorithms, and promotional mechanics.
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, data analysis) and reporting tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple platforms and priorities in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
