Desired Candidate Profile
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent degree, with a specialized residency in Urology from an accredited institution.
- Fellowship training in a subspecialty of urology, such as pediatric urology, urologic oncology, or reconstructive urology, is highly desirable.
- Board certification in Urology is mandatory, reflecting a high standard of clinical competence and commitment to the field.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages, especially Spanish or Arabic, is a plus to better communicate with diverse patient populations.
- Strong technical skills in various urological procedures, including laparoscopic and robotic surgeries, are critical for success in this role.
