We are currently partnering with a well-established construction and development company based in Abu Dhabi, renowned for delivering over 100 large-scale projects across the UAE and building a strong industry reputation over the years. They are now looking to appoint an experienced Construction Manager to join their growing team. This role will be responsible for leading the on-site execution of the high-rise tower projects. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to plans and specifications. • Directly supervise site staff, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure optimal productivity and progress. • Ensure timely and successful completion of construction phases within budget and to the required quality standards. • Implement and enforce strict quality control, safety, and environmental standards. • Report directly to the Project Manager.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. • Minimum 8-10 years of site-based experience, including at least 4-5 years as a Construction Manager on large-scale building projects. • Experience with a leading contracting company, preferably in the UAE/Abu Dhabi. • Strong communication skills and command of English If you have a strong background in managing the construction of high-value buildings and thrive in dynamic environments, we’d love to hear from you.
