Roles & Responsibilities

Focus: Employee lifecycle management for a multicultural tech workforce. ● Context: You will oversee HR operations for a diverse team of certified technical experts (CCIE, VMWare, PMP) across the UAE. ● Key Responsibilities: ○ UAE Compliance: Manage visa processing, labor contracts, and MOHRE compliance for a workforce that includes expats from various backgrounds. ○ Culture & Retention: Implement engagement programs that maintain the company’s "strong market credibility" and retention of high-value technical talent. ○ Performance Management: Facilitate annual reviews for technical teams, ensuring KPIs align with project delivery and client satisfaction. ○ Operations: Manage payroll and benefits for the Dubai and Abu Dhabi offices. ● Top Requirement: Deep knowledge of UAE Labor Law and experience in the IT/System Integration sector.

Desired Candidate Profile

HR should be expected to use and deploy modern HRIS and digital communication tools for internal process digitization and processes.

English, Hindi and spoken Arabic ( Added advantage) being multilingual
