Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services and generate sales leads.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Understand customer needs and offer suitable product solutions to meet their requirements.
Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, manage leads, and follow up on sales opportunities systematically.
Achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory or market segment.
Handle objections and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Keep accurate records of sales activities and update the CRM system regularly.
Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Intermediate or equivalent qualifications preferred
Proven experience in tele sales or a similar role.
Proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot to streamline customer interactions and enhance efficiency.
Fluency in English, Kannada and Hindi is required; additional languages Telugu, Marati, Gujrati are a significant advantage in diverse markets.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively over the phone
Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills to close sales deals.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and objectives.
Flexible working in shifts, if required.
