Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services and generate sales leads.

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Understand customer needs and offer suitable product solutions to meet their requirements.

  • Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, manage leads, and follow up on sales opportunities systematically.

  • Achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory or market segment.

  • Handle objections and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.

  • Keep accurate records of sales activities and update the CRM system regularly.

  • Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Intermediate or equivalent qualifications preferred

  • Proven experience in tele sales or a similar role.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot to streamline customer interactions and enhance efficiency.

  • Fluency in English, Kannada and Hindi is required; additional languages Telugu, Marati, Gujrati are a significant advantage in diverse markets.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively over the phone

  • Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills to close sales deals.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and objectives.

  • Flexible working in shifts, if required.
