Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and organized Store Manager to oversee our warehouse and inventory operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient handling of materials, tools, and equipment to support ongoing transport and contracting projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day store and warehouse operations

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels

  • Coordinate material receiving, storage, and dispatch

  • Ensure proper handling and storage of tools, equipment, and supplies

  • Work closely with procurement, project, and logistics teams

  • Conduct regular stock audits and prepare inventory reports

  • Implement and maintain safety and housekeeping standards

  • Monitor and control store-related costs and minimize wastage

  • Supervise store staff and ensure productivity and discipline

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager, Warehouse Manager, or similar role

  • Experience in construction, transport, or contracting industry preferred

  • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems

  • Good organizational and leadership skills

  • Familiarity with safety regulations and storekeeping best practices

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel required)

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field

  • Experience in the UAE market

  • Knowledge of ERP systems
