Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Monitors continuous quality improvement initiatives in various departments of the hospital.

  2. In coordination with the Quality Manager assists the departments in identifying quality indicators.

  3. Guiding departments towards method of data collection, collation and analysis of data.

  4. Assisting the departments to analyze areas of improvements based on their own recommendations.

  5. Implement improvements in collaboration with the Quality team, departmental heads.

  6. Continuously works upon finding newer ways of improving the quality. Works toward and continuous Quality Improvement (PDCA, FMEA, Risk Assessment)

  7.  Involved in preparation of organization policies & procedures compliant with local regulatory and accreditation body standards.

  8. Coordinating for the implementation and monitoring of various policies & procedures.

  9. Working on incident reports and maintains data of the same

  10. Providing inter-departmental training

  11. Conducting the Focus Department Audit, Mock Codes and Medical Records.

  12. Assisting in Patient Tracer and preparing reports.

  13. Clinic Visits

  14. Participation, assistance and coordination in committee meeting

  15. Involvement / Assistance in Organization Accreditation and Awards Excellence

  16. Any other responsibility as deemed by the management.
