Roles & Responsibilities

1.Position:  Sales Support Engineer 

Location: Sharjah, UAE

Remuneration: as per industry standard but not a constraint for the right candidate

The candidate should possess

• Graduation in Chemical/Mechanical/Industrial engineering

• 1 to 3 years’ experience in Sales Support/Inside Sales

• Diploma engineers with 5 years’ experience in the relevant business function may also apply

• Excellent intelligence and skill to understand customers’ requirements

• Good learning aptitude

• Excellent analytical skill

• Good command over MS Excel, Word & Outlook

He/She will be responsible for

• Review enquiry/RFQ together with drawing/specification

• Selection of most appropriate product, calculating price and preparing quotation 

• Communicate with customers and Sales team to address query, if any

• Answering & clarifying queries

• Order review & preparation of Sales Order
