- Greet residents/guests and manage all inquiries, deliveries, and bookings. - Monitor visitor entry and coordinate with security to ensure property safety. - Assist residents with lifestyle requests, from transport to local recommendations. - Maintain the pristine appearance of the lobby and ensure all front-of-house operations run smoothly.

- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role from a luxury/5-star hotel or high-end residential environment - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Physically fit, well-groomed, proactive and team-player. - Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is an advantage.
