Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently, ensuring timely deliveries and pickups while adhering to traffic regulations.
  • Supervise and coordinate daily transportation operations, including route planning and scheduling to optimize efficiency.
  • Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational readiness.
  • Train and mentor junior drivers, promoting best practices in safety, customer service, and vehicle operation.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in transportation or logistics preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of driving experience, with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Proven supervisory experience in a transportation or logistics environment to lead and manage teams effectively.
  • Familiarity with local traffic laws and regulations, ensuring compliance to prevent accidents and legal issues.
