Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles based on their needs, preferences, and budget

  • Provide detailed and accurate information on vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and available financing options

  • Conduct professional vehicle presentations, test drives, and demonstrations

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to overall showroom growth

  • Proactively follow up with leads, inquiries, and potential customers through calls, messages, and digital platforms

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, promotions, and market trends

  • Coordinate with the finance team to support customers with loan, insurance, and payment solutions

  • Ensure showroom vehicles are clean, well-presented, and displayed according to company standards

  • Manage customer data and sales activities using CRM systems

  • Prepare sales documentation, contracts, and delivery processes accurately and efficiently

  • Handle customer objections professionally and provide effective solutions

  • Participate in marketing campaigns, events, and promotions to generate leads

  • Monitor competitor offerings and provide feedback to management

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey, from inquiry to post-sale follow-up

  • Proven experience in automotive sales or a similar sales role

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for sales

  • Ability to meet and exceed targets in a competitive environment

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems

  • Valid driver’s license (preferred)

  • Experience in the UAE automotive market

  • Multilingual abilities (a plus)

  • Knowledge of financing, insurance, and vehicle registration processes

  • Strong networking and lead generation skills
