Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of site projects, ensuring all deliverables align with project timelines and budget constraints.
  • Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, subcontractors, and team members to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, enforce safety protocols, and ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, adjusting as needed to address any delays or changes in scope.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is essential for foundational knowledge.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in site project management, preferably within the construction or engineering sectors.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent are highly advantageous.
  • Experience in managing large-scale projects with budgets exceeding $1 million demonstrates capability and expertise.
