Responsibilities:

Project execution & vendor coordination: Seamlessly coordinate with and manage external third parties, including data center design consultants, construction contractors, IT vendors, and local utility departments.

Flawless document control & KYC readiness: Establish and enforce a rigorous document control system for both heavy infrastructure projects and corporate operations. Systematically archive all third-party engineering contracts, government approvals, local lease agreements, and financial invoices. Ensure the company is completely audit-ready at all times to pass stringent KYC and due diligence reviews conducted by global banks and sovereign wealth funds.

Entity compliance & government operations: Act as the primary guardian of the local entity's compliance, managing day-to-day administrative interactions with UAE free zones and municipal licensing departments. Ensure all corporate licenses, land permits, and operational certifications are legally compliant and up to date. Direct local PRO services to efficiently resolve visa, labor, and administrative requirements for our expanding team and expatriate executives.

Administrative & logistics leadership: Provide flawless, high-end logistical support for visiting multinational board members, key investors, and government officials, ensuring all ground transportation, accommodation, and meeting arrangements meet the corporate standards.

Requirements:

Experience: 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience in the UAE working as an operations director, senior project manager, or PMO lead within large enterprises, multinational tech firms, or heavy infrastructure sectors. Experience with data center (IDC) build-outs or complex local supply chain management is highly preferred.

Execution-driven: We need a master executor who can take an established blueprint and get things done amidst complex local vendor networks and bureaucratic processes.

Compliance obsession: You deeply understand the rule of high-finance and heavy infrastructure: if it is not documented, it did not happen. You have extremely high standards for contract details, archiving logic, and KYC compliance.

Communication & problem solving: You possess a commanding professional presence. You can hold external contractors accountable while smoothly navigating the unique operational challenges of the Middle East.

Language: Fluent, native-level proficiency in English for business writing and negotiation is required. Fluency in Arabic is considered a massive advantage.
