? We Are Hiring: Civil Engineer (G+1 Eligibility – Dubai Projects)

We are expanding our construction operations in Dubai and are looking to onboard a qualified Civil Engineer who meets the eligibility criteria for G+1 building contracting classification with Dubai Municipality.

This is a key technical role that will play a critical part in our growth within the residential villa segment, including projects aligned with the Sheikh Zayed Housing Programme.

? Position: Civil Engineer (Construction – G+1 Projects)

? Location: Dubai, UAE

✅ Key Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (attested)

- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience (UAE/GCC experience preferred)

- Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations and approval processes

- Experience in villa / G+1 residential construction projects

- Ability to manage site execution, coordination, and inspections

- Familiarity with DM contractor classification requirements is a strong advantage

? Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee execution of G+1 villa projects from start to handover

- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and authorities

- Ensure compliance with all Dubai Municipality regulations

- Manage site progress, quality control, and reporting

- Support contractor classification and technical approvals
