Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily site operations, ensuring that work is performed efficiently and adheres to safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain an organized workflow and timely material deliveries.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with project specifications.
  • Lead and motivate a team of workers, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability on site.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in construction management or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in construction, with a strong understanding of various building techniques.
  • Certifications in safety management (e.g., OSHA) and first aid are essential for ensuring site safety.
  • Ideally, candidates should have experience in commercial or residential construction projects.
