Roles & Responsibilities

• About the Role We are urgently hiring 30 motivated Sales Representatives to join our growing team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site position based at Dubai, UAE. You will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, closing sales, and contributing to company revenue targets through outbound/inbound calling and client meetings.

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads

• Conduct product/service presentations and negotiations

• Achieve daily/weekly sales targets

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM

• Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries

• Collaborate with the team to improve sales strategies

• Making of promotional content for facebook and tiktok

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience (proven track record preferred)

• Experience in cold calling / tele-sales / customer-facing sales is essential

• Strong communication and persuasion skills

• Open to candidates of any nationality or language

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Immediate joiners preferred
