Roles & Responsibilities

  • Create monthly content calendars and design posts (static, reels, carousels) for all platforms.

  • Script, shoot, and edit short educational videos for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube.

  • Manage daily posting, engagement, comments, and DMs.

  • Run organic growth activities: hashtags, trends, polls, discussions, influencer collaborations.

  • Plan and execute paid campaigns for VAT, CT, AML, Audit, etc.

  • Manage WhatsApp & email marketing (broadcasts, newsletters, automation).

  • Update website content, improve SEO, fix technical issues, and track rankings.

  • Handle lead generation, CRM updates, and coordination with sales team.

  • Publish 2–4 SEO‑optimized blogs monthly and repurpose content.

  • Manage founders’ personal branding content.

  • Prepare festival posts and support gifting/branding campaigns.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, or related field.

    • 2–4 years of digital marketing experience (UAE preferred).

    • Experience in finance/compliance industry is an advantage.

  • Skills

    • Strong in Canva, video editing tools, and social media management.

    • Good understanding of SEO, paid ads, and analytics.

    • Excellent communication, creativity, and attention to detail.

    • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and meet deadlines.
