We are hiring for a Digital Customer Experience Specialist for a large organization in the UAE that is building a new Customer Experience (CX) team.
This role focuses on improving how customers interact with the company through digital channels such as websites, mobile apps, and online services.
You will work closely with CX, IT, and digital teams to make sure customer journeys are properly built, tested, and delivered in a smooth and user-friendly way.
What You Will Do
Manage and support customer journeys across website, mobile app, and digital platforms
Work with CX teams to understand customer journey requirements
Translate business needs into clear requirements for IT and development teams
Follow up with IT teams to ensure digital features are delivered correctly
Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) before launching new features
Ensure a consistent experience across all digital channels (design, usability, flow)
Monitor digital performance and identify issues affecting customer experience
Work with analytics teams to track customer behavior and improve journeys
Suggest improvements to enhance digital self-service and customer experience
To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Digital, or related field
4 to 8 years of experience in:
Digital platforms (websites, mobile apps)
Customer Experience (CX) or Digital Experience
Experience working with IT or development teams
Good understanding of:
Customer journeys
Digital user experience (UX/UI basics)
Experience in:
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Working in Agile or project-based environments
Familiar with tools like:
Google Analytics / Adobe Analytics (or similar)
Strong communication skills and ability to work with different teams
