  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for client presentations, contract management, and internal coordination.

  • IT Literacy: Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems; familiarity with CMMS or mobile workforce tools is advantageous.

Problem Solving – Service Delivery & Operational Judgement

  • Balance commercial and operational priorities when negotiating scope changes, pricing variations, or service-level adjustments.

  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing service data, identifying recurring faults, and implementing preventive measures.

  • Manage multiple account demands and deadlines, making timely decisions and escalating appropriately to meet contractual obligations.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in maintenance account management, technical sales, or service delivery within fire protection, FLS, building services, or facilities management.

  • Proven track record in managing AMC contracts, preventive maintenance projects, and achieving revenue targets.
