Roles & Responsibilities
- Elicit and document detailed business requirements for banking systems, ensuring clarity and completeness for development.
- Analyze existing banking processes, identifying areas for improvement and recommending innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Create comprehensive business requirement documents (BRDs) and functional specifications (FS) to guide project implementation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (business users, IT teams, and vendors) to ensure alignment and facilitate effective communication.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst. Banking or Financial Services Domain is preferred.
Ø Proven expertise in at least one major banking domain (Retail, Corporate, Treasury, Digital Banking, Cards and Payments).
Ø Demonstrated experience leading requirement workshops and managing end-to-end BA lifecycle activities.
Ø Experience working in multi-stakeholder, cross-functional environments.
Ø Exposure to large-scale transformation or core banking implementation programs is highly preferred.
Education & Certifications
Ø Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or related discipline.
Ø CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) – preferred but not mandatory.
Ø Agile (Scrum), PMP, or Business Process Management certifications are advantageous.
