Roles & Responsibilities

• The role of Delivery Manager – International IT is to deliver tech for tech projects, work very closely with International IT/ Business and internal teams to deliver technology requirements. He/she will be responsible for handling end to end deliverables to International IT/Business team. He/ She should be well versed win delivering Infrastructure, technology, banking application projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

• · Minimum 10 years of experience in technology delivery/program management in banking sector, within Infrastructure, Cloud, banking applications, and banking/technology domains. · Proven track record delivering medium-to-large-scale infrastructure projects (e.g., Infrastructure refresh & upgrades, Migration to cloud, technology modernization, and banking applications migrations). · Experience in AWS/Azure, Microsoft, Network & Firewall technologies · Experience in project management and technology implementation with good exposure · Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field · Skilled in planning, resource coordination, budget tracking, vendor management, and risk/issue resolution. · Experience with project delivery methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tracking tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, & Confluence). · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an initiative-taking mindset. · Ensure risks and issues are documented, regularly reviewed, and escalated appropriately. · Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills · Dynamic, flexible with elevated level of energy and positive outlook. · Hands on experience in handling Microsoft Project (MPP), Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel & Word. · Project Management Professional (PMP) & Agile certification preferred. · Any relevant certifications are desirable. · Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful · Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline. Strong knowledge on IT Infrastructure and its underlying components.
