Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries professionally
  • Promote services effectively, converting inquiries into successful sales
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty
  • Accurately maintain customer records and related documentation in line with company standards
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints efficiently while consistently maintaining high service quality standards

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2 years of proven sales and/or customer service experience
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) with a local/Emirati accent
  • Previous UAE or GCC experience is required
  • Female candidates only
  • Immediate joiners preferred
